Every campaign is backed by our money-back guarantee. If your campaign fails to start within 48 hours of purchase, we refund in full.

If a campaign under-delivers by more than 10% of promised quantity, we top up the missing amount or refund the pro-rata difference.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
